Birding and Citizen Science Outing with the Rexdale STEM Club

The Rexdale STEM Club will be heading out to local trails and green spaces in the Humber River watershed bright and early on May 26 to learn about bird biodiversity and citizen science. Led by Bird Studies Canada’s Toronto Bird Celebration Coordinator, Stacey Kerr, and Ontario BioBlitz Education Coordinator Chris Ketola, the STEM Club members will get a chance to learn how to identify common birds in the area, and how to document them using citizen science tools like eBird and iNaturalist.

This is a closed event that is just for the student members of the Rexdale STEM Club.
